All tool submissions are subject to our review and approval process. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet our guidelines or quality standards. Paid submissions receive priority review within 24 hours. Free submissions are typically reviewed within 48–72 hours.

Submission fees are non-refundable once the review process has begun, regardless of the outcome of the review.

4.3 Listing Maintenance

We may modify, update, or remove tool listings at our discretion to maintain the accuracy and quality of our directory. This includes correcting inaccurate information, updating outdated details, recategorizing tools, or removing tools that no longer meet our standards. Where possible, we will notify tool owners of significant changes to their listings.

4.4 Listing Ownership

Submitting a tool to AIToolSync does not transfer ownership of the listing to the submitter. AIToolSync retains the right to display, modify, and manage all listings as part of the platform's operation and quality maintenance.

5. User-Generated Content

You may contribute content such as reviews, comments, and tool submissions. All user-generated content must be:

Accurate and based on genuine experience
Free from harmful, offensive, or misleading information
